Cayman K......born AHMAD KANE

I've been creating art as far back as I can remember. My Air Force

family has always supported my efforts, especially my Grandmother.

She always took a liking to whatever I made and was my number

one fan.  I chose to go by Cayman as a homage to her after her

passing.   She always said "See you later alligator"

My work is mainly based off of wacky characters that I've created over

the years with the occasional head-nod to pop culture references 

within media and film. I used to paint on canvas, until I met 

Tony Dotson. He inspired me to explore what I could do

with found wood. As I changed the direction of my art.

I began receiving acclaim for my progress. My work

is now collected around the world.
