Kathleen Whittle

KATHLEEN WHITTLE is a painter, jewelry designer, and art collector from Atlanta, Georgia. Her talents are heavily inspired by folk artists of Southern United States. Sitting with the Reverend Howard Finster she had asked him for advice on her painting. He replied “Just paint. God will do the rest.” Her intense love for color began to flow onto the wood and canvas. Since then Kathleen has participated in dozens of juried art shows and festivals around the Southeastern United States. Her work has been sold in several galleries in and around the Atlanta, Georgia area. Kathleen’s paintings have also been featured in newspapers, restaurants, and a Campbell’s Soup commercial.
